Below is a list of the MOVE IN INSTRUCTIONS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. DOOR CODE will be provided to you within 7 days of your stay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. WIFI IS NAMED DEAN FAMILY and the CODE is 11041104<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. BLUE TRASH CANS are for recycling only, PLEASE no pizza boxes and no plastic bags in the Blue trash can.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. BLACK AND GREY TRASH CANS are for trash.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Trash and Recycling cans are to be put out by the tenant, on Sunday evening for pickup by the county on early Monday morning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. If you wish to use the BBQ pit, there is a manual lighter, in the kitchen, left of the stove, top shelf. It is kept there to keep the lighter away from children. Please put it back after using.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Below is a list of the MOVE OUT INSTRUCTIONS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Please empty all inside trash cans and take to the outside BLACK trash and BLUE recycling cans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. PLEASE, do not make the beds, please keep the beds messy, the janitor will then know which beds were slept in, AND THE JANITOR WILL STRIP the beds. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Please rinse off all sand toys, surf boards, boogie boards, and put back in the game room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Please wash all beach towels and dry them and put back in the game room<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. If you have moved something inside or outside, please put it back the way you found it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Please load the dishwasher and start the dishwasher, the janitor will put the clean dishes away.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Please make sure the gate is locked down by the ocean.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Please make sure all 4 doors are locked when you leave<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. Please turn the gas off to the BBQ pit if you used it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
