Below is a list of the MOVE IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- DOOR CODE will be provided to you within 7 days of your stay.
- WIFI IS NAMED DEAN FAMILY and the CODE is 11041104
- BLUE TRASH CANS are for recycling only, PLEASE no pizza boxes and no plastic bags in the Blue trash can.
- BLACK AND GREY TRASH CANS are for trash.
- Trash and Recycling cans are to be put out by the tenant, on Sunday evening for pickup by the county on early Monday morning.
- If you wish to use the BBQ pit, there is a manual lighter, in the kitchen, left of the stove, top shelf. It is kept there to keep the lighter away from children. Please put it back after using.
Below is a list of the MOVE OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Please empty all inside trash cans and take to the outside BLACK trash and BLUE recycling cans.
- PLEASE, do not make the beds, please keep the beds messy, the janitor will then know which beds were slept in, AND THE JANITOR WILL STRIP the beds.
- Please rinse off all sand toys, surf boards, boogie boards, and put back in the game room.
- Please wash all beach towels and dry them and put back in the game room
- If you have moved something inside or outside, please put it back the way you found it.
- Please load the dishwasher and start the dishwasher, the janitor will put the clean dishes away.
- Please make sure the gate is locked down by the ocean.
- Please make sure all 4 doors are locked when you leave
- Please turn the gas off to the BBQ pit if you used it.
